Everything to know before you order
Do you install?
No. We sell on a supply-only basis, delivered to your door. You can install the products yourself or use the installer of your choice.
aluplast or Schüco profile?
The aluplast profile offers the best value for money and is perfect for renovation. The Schüco profile targets maximum insulation for low-energy or passive new builds. In aluminium, we work with Aliplast and Aluprof profiles.
Which sliding door: tilt-and-slide, classic or HST?
A tilt-and-slide patio door moves out from the frame then slides: weathertight, with a ventilation position, ideal up to about 3 m. A classic uPVC or aluminium sliding door glides on tracks: the most affordable option, with slim profiles. An HST lift-and-slide door lifts then glides over a flush threshold: for extra-large openings (up to 10 m overall width), on request.
Which wood species for the timber range?
Our 68 mm timber windows and doors are available in pine, meranti, wenge and oak, with a stain, lacquer or tinted finish.
Monobloc or retrofit roller shutter?
A monobloc shutter has its box built in above the window and is ordered with it. A retrofit shutter (external box) is added to an existing window. Both can be fitted with Somfy motors.
What is the lead time?
Allow 4 to 8 weeks on average between order confirmation and delivery, depending on the product and time of year.
How do I measure up?
Measure the width and height of the masonry opening at 3 points and use the smallest value. Specify the installation type (renovation onto the existing frame, or face-fixed/in-reveal): we confirm the manufacturing dimensions with you.
How does delivery work?
Palletised delivery, free for orders from €1,500 excl. VAT. Below that, your order travels on our next grouped truck: free collection from our pick-up point in Lorraine (between Metz and Thionville, 20 minutes from Luxembourg) or delivery at the flat rate shown on your quote. Kerbside delivery: please plan two people to unload, more for patio doors and large sizes. On receipt, check the packages and note any damage on the delivery note, with photos.
Can trade customers order excluding VAT?
Yes. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced excluding VAT in accordance with the applicable rules. Volume discounts available.
How does payment work?
50 % deposit on order, 50 % balance before dispatch, by bank transfer. Your quote shows every amount and the planned delivery date.
What warranties and after-sales service?
Every product carries the manufacturer warranty (duration as per the product warranty sheet) and the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Our after-sales team is based in Lorraine, so you always have a nearby contact.
I can't find an installer – can you help?
Yes. We put you in touch with a certified partner installer in Lorraine and Luxembourg.
Can I cancel my order?
Windows and doors are made to your specifications, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. That is why we check your measurements with you before production starts.
